Implant: Mine Foreman exists in the game's item data, but no shop, loot table, or reward currently hands it out — and the Pal Surgery Table never asks for it. It's an unused leftover: you can't get it, and you don't need it.

How to Get Mine Foreman Anyway

The passive this implant would unlock, Mine Foreman , is a trainer passive: your mining is 25% faster while the carrier is in your five-slot party — the Pal itself gains nothing. It's one of the default options at every Pal Surgery Table — no implant needed, just 50,000 gold per surgery. Put it on a permanent party fixture and every ore node you swing at yourself breaks faster; its twin Logging Foreman does the same for wood.
