An Implant Without a Source

Implant: Philanthropist exists in the game's item data, but no shop, loot table, or reward currently hands it out — and the Pal Surgery Table never asks for it. It's an unused leftover: you can't get it, and you don't need it.

How to Get Philanthropist Anyway

The passive this implant would unlock, Philanthropist (Breeding Speed +100%), is one of the default options at every Pal Surgery Table — no implant needed, just 50,000 gold per surgery. That on-demand access is exactly what a breeding project wants: apply it to a spare copy of your breeding stock and the Breeding Farm produces eggs roughly twice as fast. It pairs with Babysitter on the base-worker side, and both the mutation farming guide and the implants guide cover where it fits.
