How to Get Positive Thinker Anyway

The passive this implant would unlock, Positive Thinker (sanity drains 10% slower), is one of the default options at every Pal Surgery Table — no implant needed, just 10,000 gold per surgery. The stronger tiers follow the same pattern: Workaholic (15%) is a 50,000-gold default, and Heart of the Immovable King (20%) comes from a disposable implant.
