These missions belonged to the tutorial chain from before the v1.0 story update. They no longer appear in new games, but remain in the game files for old saves.

Small conveniences like these can make a big difference in both exploration and battle. Like Pal Gear, the Small Feed Bag is stored in the Key Items space next to your inventory.
