Capacitor boosts the Pal's Electric skill damage by 10%. It only affects Electric-element attacks, so it belongs on an Electric attacker where every skill benefits.

Capacitor isn't on the surgery menu — it only rolls on wild Pals, so catch a carrier or breed it in via the Breeding Calculator.
