What Eternal Flame Does

Eternal Flame is a dual elemental boost: Fire skill damage +30% and Electric skill damage +30% — two emperor-tier boosts ( Flame Emperor + Lord of Lightning ) in a single slot. On any Fire or Electric attacker it's among the most efficient damage passives in the game, and it stacks with the single-element boosts for dedicated builds. On other elements it does nothing.

How to Get It

Eternal Flame never rolls on wild Pals and isn't on the surgery menu — it's the signature of Blazamut Ryu , the summoned raid boss. Earn your own from the raid, then breed the passive onward — it inherits like any other, so one Blazamut Ryu can seed your Fire and Electric lines via the Breeding Calculator.
