What Hooligan Does

Hooligan trades a little productivity for power: Attack +15%, Work Speed -10%. On a combat Pal that never works at a base, the penalty is irrelevant — it reads as a straight +15%, better than Brave and a fine early filler until Ferocious or Musclehead takes the slot. Keep it off dedicated workers.

Gorirat carries it naturally.

How to Get It

Hooligan isn't on the surgery menu — it only rolls on wild Pals, so catch a carrier or breed it in via the Breeding Calculator. To remove it, overwrite it at the Pal Surgery Table like any other passive (implants guide).
