Ice Emperor boosts the Pal's Ice skill damage by 30% — the best-in-slot damage multiplier for an Ice attacker. It stacks with Coldblooded (+10%) for +40%, and with flat attack passives on top; only Ice-element skills benefit. The raid-exclusive Siren of the Void offers the same +30% Ice with +30% Dark attached.

Ice Emperor never rolls on wild Pals and isn't on the surgery menu — it belongs to Frostallion , the legendary that carries it naturally.
