What Immortality Does
Immortality is three combat effects in one slot: Life Steal 5%, HP Regeneration +100%, and Attack +15%. The Pal heals for a slice of every hit it lands, regenerates at double speed between fights, and hits harder while doing it.
It's the best sustain passive in the game —
Vampiric
offers the same life steal,
but Immortality adds the regen and an attack bonus on top without forcing a nocturnal schedule. On raid and
expedition Pals that have to survive without a healer, it's close to mandatory once you can get it.
How to Get It
Immortality is one of the five mutation passives — it never rolls on wild Pals. There are two sources:
- Mutated Eggs. Every Pal hatched from a mutated egg carries one of the five mutation passives at random — see the mutated Pals guide. Community testing shows the passive then inherits through normal breeding like any other, so one lucky hatch can seed your whole combat line.
-
The disposable implant.
Disposable Implant: Immortality
applies it
at the
Pal Surgery Table
(free surgery,
implant consumed). It only drops from recycling Glistening Ancient Relics at the
Ancient Relic Recycler
— a 20% roll in
the Glistening-exclusive slot. See the
Ancient Relics guide.
