An Unreleased Structure

The Ancient Air Conditioner exists in Palworld's game files, but it does not currently appear to be obtainable in game. Unlike the other ancient-civilization structures, it has no entry in the technology tree, so there is no way to unlock or build it through normal play. Its in-game description is also empty in every language, which suggests the structure is unfinished. It may be released in a future update, but Pocketpair has not announced anything, and it's possible it never ships at all.

What the Game Files Say

Even without an unlock, the game data gives some hints about what it's intended to be:

• It's categorized as environment-control infrastructure, so it presumably cools its surroundings — likely an upgraded counterpart to the standard cooling options for keeping heat-sensitive pals and food storage happy.
• It runs on electricity with a hefty power draw of 500, and like other base infrastructure it must be built within the area around your Palbox.
• Its recipe uses late-game materials introduced in the v1.0 launch: Paloxite Ingots, AI Cores, Thermal Cores, and Cryogenic Coolant.
