What This Implant Unlocks

Implant: Motivational Leader is a permanent unlock. It lives in your Key Items — it can't be dropped, sold, or consumed — and as long as you own it, Motivational Leader can be applied to any Pal at the Pal Surgery Table . Each surgery costs 50,000 gold, but the implant itself never runs out: buy once, apply forever.

Motivational Leader is a trainer passive: it boosts your work speed by 25% — the Pal carrying it gains nothing itself, and the effect works from inside the Pal Sphere as long as the carrier is in your five-slot party. It applies whenever you craft, build, or work a station yourself, which makes it surprisingly strong for players who hand-craft spheres and ammo in bulk. It's the player-side cousin of Artisan .

Where to Buy It

The bounty merchant sells this implant for 15 Successful Bounty Tokens as a one-time purchase. Successful Bounty Tokens are earned by defeating bounty targets and turning the proof in to a Vigilante Bounty Officer in villages and towns. Tips

• Put it on a Pal you always carry. The bonus only applies while the carrier is in your party — a mount that follows you everywhere is the classic home for it.
• Check your roster first. Motivational Leader also rolls on wild Pals like any common passive — a lucky catch saves you the tokens.
