What Motivational Leader Does

Motivational Leader is a trainer passive: it boosts your work speed by 25% — the Pal itself gains nothing. Like all trainer passives it works from inside the Pal Sphere; the carrier just has to be in your five-slot party.

It applies whenever you craft, build, or work a station yourself, which makes it surprisingly strong for players who hand-craft spheres and ammo in bulk. It's the player-side cousin of Artisan , and the trainer family is covered in the best passive skills guide.

How to Get It

Buy Implant: Motivational Leader from the bounty merchant for 15 Successful Bounty Tokens, earned by defeating bounty targets and turning proof in to a Vigilante Bounty Officer. The implant is a key item — one purchase unlocks Motivational Leader at the Pal Surgery Table forever, at 50,000 gold per surgery. It also rolls on wild Pals like any common passive.
