It lives in your Key Items — it can't be dropped, sold, or consumed — and as long as you own it, Wellness Watcher can be applied to any Pal at the Pal Surgery Table . Each surgery costs 50,000 gold, but the implant itself never runs out: buy once, apply forever.

Wellness Watcher is a trainer passive: your stamina drains 5% slower — the Pal carrying it gains nothing itself, and the effect works from inside the Pal Sphere as long as the carrier is in your five-slot party. Player stamina governs sprinting, climbing, gliding, and dodging, so it's a small but universal quality-of-life gain in the same "walking stat sheet" family as Vanguard and Healing Coach .

Where to Buy It

The bounty merchant sells this implant for 15 Successful Bounty Tokens as a one-time purchase. Successful Bounty Tokens are earned by defeating bounty targets and turning the proof in to a Vigilante Bounty Officer in villages and towns.
