Buy Implant: Stronghold Strategist from the bounty merchant for 15 Successful Bounty Tokens, earned by defeating bounty targets and turning proof in to a Vigilante Bounty Officer. The implant is a key item — one purchase unlocks Stronghold Strategist at the Pal Surgery Table forever, at 50,000 gold per surgery. It also rolls on wild Pals like any common passive.
