What the Ancient Kitchen Does

The Ancient Kitchen is the top cooking station in the game. It can prepare every dish, including top-tier recipes beyond what the Electric Kitchen can handle, and it works at double the Electric Kitchen's speed. Despite all that, it needs no electricity — heat comes from a fire pal and the cooking is finished by hand.

How to Use It

• Unlocked at level 70 in the technology tree for 4 technology points.
• It needs two high-end specialists: Kindling Lv. 6 to keep the heat going and Handiwork Lv. 6 for the preparation. Only a few late-game pals reach Lv. 6 in either.
• Because it consumes no power, meals keep coming even during a blackout — unlike the Electric Kitchen it replaces.
• Building it takes Soralite Ingots, Thermal Cores, Cryogenic Coolant, and Ancient Civilization Cores.

Tips

The Flame Cauldron and Large Toolbox each boost one of its two work types, and the Snowman speeds the cooling work that keeps the finished food fresh — a food base wants all three. High-end dishes are the best way to keep hard-working pals fed and happy, so this pairs naturally with a demanding production base.
