What Starfruit ☆3 Does

A consumable that raises a Pal's star rank from ☆2 to ☆3 instantly — the same result as feeding 12 duplicates into the Pal Essence Condenser, with no duplicates needed. It only works on a ☆2 Pal; each rank has its own fruit ( ☆1 , ☆2 , ☆4 ), while Ripe Starfruit works at any rank.

How to Get One

• Medal Merchant — 200 Dog Coins , unlimited stock. Prices double at each rank (50/100/200/400), roughly tracking the duplicates each fruit replaces.
• Ancient Relic Recycler. Every Ancient Relic you recycle grants three rolls on the recycler's jackpot pool, and each roll has about a 2.7% chance of a Starfruit ☆3 (~8% per relic; the odds are identical for every relic grade). See the Ancient Relics guide.

Tips

• The late steps are where fruits pay off. ☆2 → ☆3 replaces 12 duplicates — for slow breeders or rare catches that's hours of fodder farming skipped with one item.
• For the unbreedable Panthalus and Astralym, starfruit are the only practical route to higher ranks — they can never produce condenser fodder at a Breeding Farm.
