What Starfruit ☆4 Does

A consumable that raises a Pal's star rank from ☆3 to ☆4 — the final rank — instantly, matching the most expensive step at the Pal Essence Condenser: 24 duplicates, skipped with one item. It only works on a ☆3 Pal; each rank has its own fruit ( ☆1 , ☆2 , ☆3 ), while Ripe Starfruit works at any rank.

How to Get One

• Medal Merchant — 400 Dog Coins , unlimited stock. The priciest fruit in the lineup, but it also replaces the most fodder: fully ranking a Pal by condenser alone takes 48 duplicates, and this single step is half of them.
• Ancient Relic Recycler. Every Ancient Relic you recycle grants three rolls on the recycler's jackpot pool, and each roll has about a 2.7% chance of a Starfruit ☆4 (~8% per relic; the odds are identical for every relic grade). See the Ancient Relics guide.

Tips

• This is the best-value starfruit. At 24 duplicates saved, ☆3 → ☆4 is the step most worth buying or spending a Ripe Starfruit on — condense the cheap early stars and finish with a fruit.
• For the unbreedable Panthalus and Astralym, starfruit are the only practical route to higher ranks — they can never produce condenser fodder at a Breeding Farm.
