What the Pal Disassembly Conveyor Does

The Pal Disassembly Conveyor is exactly what its in-game description calls it: a "dream-like facility" that automatically butchers any pal placed on the belt and deposits their drop items at the end. It's the bulk alternative to butchering pals one at a time with the Meat Cleaver — load the queue, walk away, and collect the materials.

How to Use It

• Unlocked at level 56 in the technology tree for 5 technology points.
• Materials are substantial: 100 Pal Metal Ingots, 30 Plasteel, 30 Nails, and 15 Computers.
• It needs no power and no assigned worker — the conveyor processes pals on its own once they're placed inside.
• Each pal yields its normal drop items, the same materials listed on its Palpedia page.
• Disassembly is permanent. There is no undo — double-check before feeding it anything you bred or condensed.

Tips

By the time this unlocks you're catching far more pals than you can use, and the conveyor is one of three exits for the surplus: sell them, condense them, or disassemble them. A sensible rule — condense duplicates of species you actually deploy, disassemble species with valuable drops, and sell the rest. It's especially efficient with farmed catches of pals whose drops are otherwise tedious to gather in volume — check a species' drop list on its pal page first, since drop quality varies wildly. Just remember the conveyor pays out in materials, not XP or gold.
